DESIGN SCHOOL:
This school is aimed at those who have vision and are passionate about interior designing and decoration. If you imagine having a career that will let you use your creativity to make homes, businesses more beautiful and comfortable then, pitch your tent with us.

In the school, students learn how to take a brief and then progress to the study of scale, ergonomics and planning. These lead on to a range of different topics, such as colour, lighting, window treatments, finishing’s for walls and floors.  Presentation is one of the most important aspects of this course, and students will learn how to communicate their ideas on paper with professional-looking sample boards, freehand sketching, drawing plans, elevations and perspective drawings.

Putting together all of these presentation techniques is the basis for an impressive portfolio. Included in the course are visits to design showrooms, museums, historic houses, and an antique fair. Also Students will be given many of opportunities for hands-on practice.  Professional practice forms another important element of the training and students are taught how to market themselves, work with suppliers and other professionals and also given an introduction to specifying, ordering, estimating and invoicing.

At the completion of this course, students would not have been awarded a respected qualification alone, but would also have built up an impressive portfolio to show to prospective employers and clients. If you are considering a career in Interior Designing, this course acts as an excellent catalyst to kick start your training program. Please note, homework is an integral part of this course. A certificate will be awarded on satisfactory completion of this course.
